FineEye offers a 30 day money back guarantee or full replacement for items exhibiting defects in material or workmanship. Please check your products upon receipt so any issues can be resolved promptly.
To Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact FineEye at 616.988.6119 or email@example.com. Upon approving your return or replacement we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number to track your transaction. You must keep the original product and packaging.
We understand products are sometimes ordered in error. We are happy to accept their return. We ask that you return them in their original packaging shipped at your cost. A 15% restocking fee may be charged for handling and repackaging.
Claims for shipments damaged in transit, non-delivery or denial of signature are required within 15 days of the original invoice. You must retain the original shipping carton which the shipper may inspect to finalize the claim. For LTL shipments damaged or shorted items must be identified on the original signed delivery receipt or Bill of Lading. Claims are subject to the terms and conditions of shipper. FineEye can only finalize claims shipped on our accounts.
FineEye warrants for 30 days all products shipped from FineEye will be free of defects and workmanship. This is the sole and exclusive limited warranty offered by FineEye for products purchased from FineEye. FineEye does not warrant any of its products for suitability or fitness for a particular purpose or application.
FineEye and its officers, agents, and contractors shall bear no liability whatsoever for statutory, general, special, consequential, or tort damages with respect to uses of products purchased, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill. FineEye shall in no way be liable for any damages for any reason whatsoever that would exceed the replacement value of the material.
